This afternoon, Linda and I went to a show at the iowa Fringe Festival that recounted and elaborated on the beaching of a dead sperm whale in the Pacific northwest over thirty-five years ago. Sounds like fun, doesn't it?
Chris Gummert has collected information through newspaper research and interviewing the principal players in one of the unusual news stories that tends to show up from time to time. His presentation was entertaining and humorous and I can't really share much of that; what I can do is share the news video that I found on the web that also underpinned the show. It's a hoot!
