Taking a trip to the Mississippi River

Fall in Iowa can really be a very colorful, pretty time of year. Linda has made fairly regular trips to "The River" over the years and is now including me. I really have to say that 2008 was a very good year to make the trip. The colors were so bright and varied across the landscape that it looked more like a painting or quilt made to show what it could look like. It was beautiful. Check back and you'll be seeing more of the scenes and colors in the days to come.
