Watching Centerville football visit Knoxville

Linda and I wandered through Knoxville a while back and saw their unique sunken football field. Where most fields we'd encountered were set at ground level with stands rising up from the sidelines, Knoxville had dug their field down into the ground and carved shelves along the sides where fans could bring blankets or lawnchairs to sit and watch the game. We decided that sometime soon, before they decided to abandon the great stadium in the ground, we'd come see a game. The first time we considered it, they got something like ten inches of rain (possible exaggeration)... enough that we decided not to attend. (Linda and I believe it was the night that we drove around and got the Shooting in the Rain post a while back.) This time, it was a beautiful night for football... other than the final score which I'll not publish here.
